As a Manager with Connor Group, you will be a part of a specialized professional services firm led by Big 4 alumni, industry executives, and technology architects. We are seeking high-achievers, challenge-seekers, and innovation-chasers like you, who possess the Preferred Skillset of NSPB/Oracle eBPCS. With offices in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi (NCR), the role offers a HYBRID work setup with shift timings from 3pm-11:30pm IST. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading Connor Group systems & NetSuite related projects. This includes new implementations, enhancements, integrations, and other special projects while ensuring the accomplishment of desired scope, timeline, and quality. As a NetSuite Manager in the Digital Solutions practice, you will work closely with a world-class NetSuite team, helping clients solve complex business needs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent, along with 5+ years of ERP and system implementations experience. Additionally, a NetSuite Administrator certification or equivalent experience, 3+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience, and in-depth knowledge of NetSuite cloud platform are required. Strong project management capabilities, interpersonal skills, and the willingness to travel up to 25% are essential for this role.
