At NSK Engitech, innovation meets reliability—making us a trusted name in motion technology. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining production planning. The role involves managing production staff, monitoring workflow, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and oversee our forming machine operations and production floor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining machines, managing daily production activities, supervising shop-floor personnel, and ensuring quality and safety standards are consistently met. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing production efficiency. Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Communication skills Experience in Production Schedules and Production Planning Production Management experience Relevant experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
