Job Description: As a Strength And Conditioning Coach at Sync Sportss Performance Center in Ahmednagar, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing customized strength training programs aimed at enhancing athletic performance and preventing injuries. To excel in this role, you should possess a BSc in Exercise and Sports Science or hold certifications such as NSCA/ASCA Strength and Conditioning Certified. Your prior experience in strength training, coupled with a deep understanding of exercise physiology and biomechanics, will be key to your success. Additionally, certifications in relevant fields like CSCS or NSCA-CPT will be advantageous. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with athletes and other team members.
