Role Overview: As a NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) Solution Architect at BONbLOC, your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and optimize cloud-based analytics and reporting solutions. You will be expected to lead the architectural design of NSAW solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scalability, and performance. Your deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP data structures, data modeling, and integration with analytics platforms will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the end-to-end architecture for NSAW implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity. - Define the data model and semantic layer to optimize reporting and analytics capabilities. - Align NSAW solutions with business objectives, compliance standards, and best practices. - Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from NetSuite ERP and other data sources into NSAW. - Collaborate with technical teams to configure and customize NSAW for business-specific needs. - Integrate NSAW with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and other BI tools where required. - Define and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. - Establish and enforce security protocols, user roles, and access controls for NSAW. - Work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and analytics teams. - Engage with stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective use of NSAW solutions. - Troubleshoot performance issues, integration challenges, and user-reported errors. - Stay updated with Oracle NetSuite and analytics industry trends, recommending improvements where relevant. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (Masters preferred). - 5+ years of experience in BI/analytics architecture, with at least 2+ years working with NSAW. - Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP data structures, schema, and integration methods. - Proven expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and semantic modeling. - Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), BI Publisher, or similar reporting tools. - Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and API integrations. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Job Title: Oracle NetSuite NSAR & NSAW Engineer Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Financial Reconciliation, Analytics, or EPM systems Department: Finance Technology / Oracle ERP Systems Reports To: ERP Systems Manager / Finance Technology Lead Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oracle NetSuite NSAR & NSAW Engineer to join our ERP and Financial Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetSuite Account Reconciliation (NSAR) and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) , as well as a strong background in account reconciliations , financial analytics , or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools. This role will play a critical part in automating and optimizing our financial close, reconciliation, and reporting processes. You will work closely with our Finance, Accounting, and Data teams to design, implement, and manage end-to-end reconciliation and analytics solutions in the NetSuite ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: NSAR Implementation & Support: Configure and manage NetSuite Account Reconciliation (NSAR) for end-to-end reconciliation processes. Define account reconciliation templates, profiles, rules, and approval workflows. Monitor reconciliation statuses and assist with exception management and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit compliance, and financial reporting timelines. NSAW Development & Insights: Build and maintain data pipelines between NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). Develop dashboards, reports, and data models to support key financial metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with finance and business intelligence teams to enhance financial performance visibility. Conduct data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy between source systems and analytics outputs. Financial and EPM Experience: Work closely with accounting to automate and streamline financial close processes. Apply knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices to ensure accurate reconciliations. Leverage prior experience with EPM tools (e.g., Oracle FCCS, OneStream, Anaplan, or Hyperion) to enhance financial workflows and analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders from Finance, IT, and Operations to gather business requirements and implement process improvements. Provide training and documentation for end users on NSAR and NSAW solutions. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with financial reconciliation or analytics in ERP or EPM systems. Practical experience with NetSuite Account Reconciliation (NSAR) and/or NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) is highly preferred. Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end close processes, and data reconciliation techniques . Familiarity with SQL, Suite Analytics, Saved Searches , or similar tools for data querying and reporting. Experience working with financial datasets, KPIs, dashboards , and visualization tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical concepts to non-technical users. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other NetSuite modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting). Exposure to data warehouse concepts with a background in system implementation NetSuite certifications or training in NSAR/NSAW
