Job Description: As an Oracle EPM Consultant at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in EPBCS, PCMCS, NRCS, and FCCS modules to assist clients in achieving operational excellence through digital transformation. You are looking for an Oracle EPM Consultant to join our team at WNS (Holdings) Limited. As an Oracle EPM Consultant, you will be responsible for working on Oracle EPM Module (EPBCS / PCMCS / NRCS / FCCS) as a Technical / Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant. You should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in this field. Your role will be based in Mumbai or Pune, and you should possess skills in EPBCS, PCMCS, NRCS, FCCS. Having Oracle EPM Cloud certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation Specialist, would be advantageous. You should have hands-on experience with at least 2 modules. Your responsibilities will include completing at least 2 Implementation or Support projects, working on On-Premises or Cloud Applications (Cloud is preferred), assisting in gathering and documenting business requirements from the finance team, designing and configuring Oracle EPM Cloud applications, participating in data integration and validation activities, and understanding functional requirements from a Planning and Budgeting perspective. Additionally, you will create various components such as applications, metadata, forms, reports, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Groovy Scripts, users, provisions, security, and approval process flow. You will also conduct system testing, consult users on Consolidation, Minority Interest Calculations, Budget preparation procedures, IFRS reporting, GAAP reporting, and deliver demo sessions, trainings, and testing. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. You should have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and financial reporting, as well as knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
