Role & responsibilities:- - Managing the banking and investments relationship and responsible for overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from branch/retail customers. - Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by providing service level which exceeds client expectations of most important customer segment. Identify current and potential relationship with additional revenue potential and grow business volumes for larger share of customer wallet - Generating Incremental Business. - Sales targets spread across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, investments etc. - Increase CASA balance in allocated portfolio either through Deepening or Acquisition. - Prospect and acquire new NRI customers through various channels, including referrals, networking, and digital platforms. - Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients by understanding their financial goals and offering personalized banking solutions. - Provide expert advice and guidance on NRI banking products and services, including NRE/NRO accounts, remittances, investments, and wealth management solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Provide financial solutions to the NRI customers while maintaining high service standards. - Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank. - Maintain relationships with the existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates and various product offerings. - Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities. - Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank's products and services/ third party investment products. - Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively track NRI visits to India. - Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration. - Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies and overseas branches. - Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis. - Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system. - Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.
