Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, you will be joining a diverse team of engineers, scientists, and architects dedicated to helping innovative companies reach their full potential. As a LTE Network Optimization L3 specialist, you will play a key role in providing unique R&D and engineering services across various industries, contributing to groundbreaking projects such as autonomous cars and life-saving robots. Your work will involve optimizing RF networks, troubleshooting 5G KPIs, and implementing parameter changes to improve network performance. Key Responsibilities: - Possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in RF optimization, particularly OSS based KPIs - Utilize NPO skill set for 4G/5G optimization and L3 analysis, including troubleshooting 5G KPIs - Demonstrate a clear understanding of LTE fundamentals, NR concepts, and procedures such as call flows - Apply hands-on experience in OSS-based LTE-NR multi-layer RF optimization, focusing on KPI degradation RCA, recommendations, and parameter change implementation - Have knowledge of LTE multi-layer idle and dedicated mode parameters, and be able to tune parameters effectively - Understand Nokia BTS hardware, system modules, RF modules, and associated gains and losses, with experience on Air-scale products - Possess good knowledge of LTE call flows, configuration data in NetAct, and Nokia Tools (NetAct, Radar, MUSA, etc.) - Mandatory experience in Nokia LTE KPIs and counters, parameter and feature tuning in both FDD and TDD networks - Independently address and implement site-specific technical issues, ensuring customer acceptance Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in RF optimization - Proficiency in NPO skill set for 4G/5G optimization and L3 analysis - Clear understanding of LTE fundamentals and NR concepts - Experience in OSS-based LTE-NR multi-layer RF optimization - Knowledge of LTE call flows and configuration data in NetAct and Nokia Tools - Familiarity with Nokia BTS hardware and system modules Note: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of over 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
