As an Associate II- Engineering Design at UST, your role involves working closely with Engineering functions to coordinate the release of new products or product improvements on Module/Product on PLC/CIP Program. Your key responsibilities include: - Coordinating the release of Super BOM to support Phase Gate Exists - Performing Virtual build to detect manufacturing build issues early and determining the best manufacturing strategy, sourcing strategy, packaging, and shipping strategy for the responsible module - Launching, releasing, approving, and implementing engineering change orders or Non-Standard Requests to support design engineering and floor for new/existing products - Supporting New Product documentation by creating OMS for NPI/CIP Builds - Creating and maintaining Master Layout - Coordinating with Design SMEs in the development of Tooling Design & Testing fixtures for quality and Productive manufacturing build - Participating in New Product Builds and determining root cause analysis for assembly and test issues; driving corrective actions - Interfacing between operations, design engineering, and Global Product management to resolve supplier, Build & Field issues following Corp processes - Utilizing strong skills in Product technology, change management, problem-solving, communication, customer orientation, personal effectiveness, team skills, and quality Experience in CREO and Teamcenter, Visualization is recommended for this role. In terms of qualifications, you should have experience in BOM, CREO, DFX, and possess the necessary skills in Product technology, change management, problem-solving, communication, and quality.
