Job Description

As a Release Coordinator, your main responsibility is to act as the single-entry point for all NPE requests from project/product delivery teams. You will validate requests for completeness, provide effort/usage/cost estimates, and categorize and route requests to the appropriate owner. Additionally, you will maintain dashboards/reports on request pipeline, communicate request progress, and work with various managers to ensure seamless coordination and communication. - Act as the single-entry point for all NPE requests from project/product delivery teams - Validate requests for completeness and provide effort/usage/cost estimates - Categorize and route requests to the right owner - Maintain dashboards/reports on request pipeline, SLA status, and upcoming allocations - Proactively communicate request progress, blockers, and approvals to requestors - Work with Environment Manager for demand forecasting and scheduling feasibility - Align with Incident Manager on access/service requests Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in Release, Service Request, or Environment Coordination roles - Experience in creating Jira dashboards and working with different metrics - Familiarity with non-production environments and SDLC lifecycle - Strong experience with ticketing/ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy) - Ability to assess usage patterns and indicative cost implications of NPE requests - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting delivery teams The company values candidates with telecommunication experience and an understanding of E2E flow or architecture.,
