Integrate packaging solutions into production, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and minimal downtime. Drive packaging quality assurance, conduct audits, and resolve defects to meet safety and regulatory standards. Identify and implement packaging cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality. Develop and execute sustainable packaging strategies to reduce environmental impact. Manage packaging projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment. Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring quality compliance, timely delivery, and issue resolution. Maintain packaging documentation and report on key performance metrics to senior management. NPD trials and feedback related to packaging along with good understanding of process in rigid & flexi packaging. Guide and nurture the team member along with regular training to the team.

PMP certificate may be an added advantage Experience of managing team of cross functional leaders in project management Good knowledge of many industrialization field (assembly, tooling, manufacturing process, advanced quality, value analysis, lean manufacturing) Good understanding of manufacturing processes. Exposure to mass production process is desirable. Must have knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures.
