Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Product Development (NPD) Manager to join our team. The primary role is to support and lead the development of packaging initiatives (primary, secondary, and tertiary) for the Category, based on consumer insights and market/business needs. Provide monthly reporting and implement cost optimizations. Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in NPD projects.
