The Team Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of both Rotary and Sliding Stem Valves NPD projects to achieve management and financial goals of the Strategic Business Units. This position owns the planning elements of the New Product Development process and works directly with the NPD Project Manager to develop and manage project plans and schedules. This position will have direct administrative reporting duties of team members.
