Roles & Responsibilities: Build effective & strong relationships with Top project architects & specifiers in Kolkata (100 architects) Achieve Business development & Lead generation targets in Kolkata to enable sales team to achieve overall sales targets Liaison with architects & specifiers resulting in approval of the entire range of products Provide techno-commercial support to the professional sales team during the pre-sales stage Generate and update the data bank of architects and specifiers in Kolkata Identify and meet new projects in Kolkata enabling enquiry generation Channelize focus in establishing new products in architects & specifiers and large customers in Kolkata across all segments Coordinate and liaise with all internal stakeholders like the sales team, technical support & marketing to achieve overall sales conversion in Kolkata Understand customer requirements through architects & specifiers and provide relevant solutions Design and organize local promotional strategies through group presentations and participation in architect meets/seminars in the Kolkata region.
