We’re looking for a New Product Development Manager to join our growing team. If you live and breathe beauty, obsess over textures, formulas, packaging and trends, and can take a product from idea to launch, this role is for you. Your Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product development across the beauty sector. Translate consumer insights and trend research into innovative product concepts. Lead R&D, packaging & design to bring products to life. Manage timelines, testing, and regulatory compliance to ensure on-time, high-quality launches. Keep an eye on global beauty movements and adapt them for our market. Leverage global supplier & manufacturer networks to source innovative formulations, packaging, and technologies while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and scalability. What we’re looking for: 4–5 years of experience in product development within the beauty and cosmetics industry. Strong understanding of formulations, ingredients, and packaging. Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and consumer preferences. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
