What You'll Do Enhance and scale our current AI-powered features (LLM + embeddings + ElasticSearch stack) Fine-tune or pretrain open models (e g-, OpenAI, Mistral, LLaMA) for domain-specific tasks Build intelligent retrieval and reasoning systems tailored to semiconductor IPs Design agents and AI systems capable of generating new IP metadata, structures, or classifications Be a strategic partner to the CEO and CTO?help shape the future of AI in chip design ?? What Were Looking For Proven experience with LLMs (OpenAI API, HuggingFace, or custom fine-tuning) Strong grasp of RAG pipelines and vector search (Milvus, FAISS, ElasticSearch, hybrid search) Python backend experience (FastAPI or equivalent frameworks) Ability to train or fine-tune models for niche, highly technical domains Understanding of metrics to evaluate generative models and search accuracy Entrepreneurial mindset?able to move fast and iterate with limited resources Willingness to work for equity (with future compensation as we scale) ???? Bonus Points Exposure to semiconductors or EDA tools (even basic knowledge helps!)
