You are a skilled and proactive Zoho CRM Administrator, responsible for the end-to-end management, implementation, and maintenance of Zoho CRM. As the go-to person for all Zoho-related requirements, including troubleshooting, report generation, customization, and process optimization, your role ensures seamless operations for the sales and management teams. Your key responsibilities include administering, configuring, and maintaining Zoho CRM to ensure optimal performance. You will implement new Zoho modules/features as per business requirements and generate, customize, and share MIS reports (e.g., NowMaker reports) on demand. Promptly troubleshooting and resolving Zoho CRM issues, coordinating with Zoho support when necessary, is also part of your responsibilities. You will update, modify, and optimize Zoho CRM workflows, automation, and fields based on team needs. Supporting the sales head with accurate and timely reporting for performance tracking and decision-making is crucial. Maintaining data hygiene, accuracy, and compliance within the CRM and training team members on Zoho CRM functionalities and best practices are also key responsibilities. The required skills and qualifications for this role include proven experience (3-6 years) in Zoho CRM administration or MIS roles, a strong understanding of Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and customization, and hands-on experience with Zoho reporting tools, especially NowMaker. You should have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues independently, strong analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a Zoho CRM certification is preferred.
