Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional who understands the fast-paced, high-stakes nature of exhibitions and events. You’ll be a closer with an in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle — from identifying leads and pitching tailored solutions to closing deals and driving post-event success. You’ll be adept at navigating client requirements, working alongside design teams, and ensuring flawless execution. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Deal Closure : Identify, engage, and close B2B leads for exhibition booths, pavilions, and brand activations. Client Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with C-level executives, brand heads, and procurement teams across industries, particularly in high-growth sectors like automotive, technology, retail, and consumer goods. Proposal Development : Create detailed, tailored proposals based on client needs, business objectives, and budget considerations. Revenue & Target Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and client expectations. Industry Representation : Represent Novatech Expo at trade shows, client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand our reach. Must-Have Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development in the exhibition, event, or tradeshow industry . This experience is non-negotiable . Proven experience in B2B sales , especially working with corporate clients on booth fabrication , event production , and brand activations . Deep understanding of the technical aspects of exhibition booth builds , production timelines, and the operational side of events. Fluent communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders and decision-makers. Strong pitching skills : Ability to present complex booth designs, activations, and proposals in a clear, compelling way. Sales results : A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a focus on long-term business development and client retention. Desirable Experience Previous experience in event marketing firms, experiential agencies, or exhibition contractors .
