What We Want You To Do Perform NGS sequencing library preparation(Twist, Illumina) , including DNA/RNA extraction. Operate and maintain NGS sequencing platforms (e.g., MiSeq, NextSeq, HiSeq, NovaSeq, MGI, Nanopore).
