We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our network of restaurant partners across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential restaurant partners, driving onboarding processes, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure smooth collaboration. This role involves extensive travel within Kerala, with food and accommodation expenses fully covered by the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard new restaurant partners across Kerala. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner restaurants. Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of restaurants to the platform. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, and Support) to ensure a seamless partner experience. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and regional trends. Track and report key performance metrics and provide feedback to improve processes. Represent the company professionally in all partner interactions and events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management (preferably in the food, hospitality, or tech industry). Valid 4-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Kerala. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
