Warehouse location: Alipur, North Delhi Type: Full-time Availability: Immediate Responsibilities: Full ownership of day-to-day fulfilment of D2C and B2B orders Implementing automation for fulfilment and stockkeeping Managing fulfilment team Implementing best practices in warehouse management Managing inventory levels, ensure that products are properly stocked, and handle any logistics related issues Developing and maintaining relationships with ops vendors and suppliers, negotiating costs and agreements, and manage vendor performance Creating and maintaining operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Mandatory Requirements: - Experience of ecommerce fulfilment – Minimum 2 years - Knowledge of automation/ERP - Proficient with Excel About Us Your skin and hair deserve the best, which is why we've created this one-of-a kind blend - Ancient Indian wisdom meets modern science.
