Our portfolio spans across multiple F&B categories. Role Overview We are looking for an F&B Specialist to work closely with the founders in developing and scaling our product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of culinary innovation, packaged food R&D, and execution , and is critical in helping bring Nouriiee’s vision to life. Responsibilities Product Development & Recipe Creation Design and test recipes across categories Adapt recipes for packaged food formats with focus on taste, nutrition, and shelf stability. Innovate with regional Indian ingredients in scalable snack formats. Technical & R&D Work on clean-label, shelf-stable formulations. Collaborate with co-packers, food technologists, and manufacturing partners. Oversee trials, pilots, and scaling for production. Founder’s Office Support Support the founders on F&B-related strategy, supplier scouting, and vendor discussions. Conduct research on food trends, packaging formats, and competitor benchmarking. Create structured documentation of recipes, trials, and iterations. Networking & Partnerships Tap into networks for suppliers, co-packers, and flavour houses. Recommend chefs/curators for potential collaborations. Qualifications Strong culinary and/or food technology background. Proven experience in packaged food innovation / product development . Understanding of shelf-life management, food safety, and clean-label ingredients. Ability to bridge culinary creativity with commercial scalability .
