Responsibilities: Develop an in-depth knowledge of TD SYNNEX core business model and processes, acquire an understanding of IT product attributes and vendor requirements in order to successfully place accurate sales order to the procurement department. Be knowledgeable of business initiatives, key processes and guidelines, internal resources and vendor requirements in order to assist sales in accomplishing company goals. Follow guidelines. In this role, you will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing user acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic marketing generalist with a flair for digital experimentation, content, and performance analytics. What you will do: User Acquisition: Support influencer, referral, and affiliate marketing initiatives. Collaborate with other marketing team members/design/product to create landing pages optimized for lead capture. User Retention & Engagement: Run lifecycle marketing campaigns via email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and SMS. Segment users and design automated journeys on tool MoEngage. Track user drop-offs and deploy win-back strategies Client Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the revenue, campaign, and client success teams to ideate and execute growth campaigns for client brands across the Unstop platform. Support performance, content, and influencer marketing initiatives for client campaigns targeting student users and early professionals. Analyze campaign effectiveness and compile performance reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure timely execution, adherence to brand guidelines, and performance tracking for all sponsored campaigns. As a leader you will be holding joint responsibility for all aspects of product development across all activities related to development of our 5G Product development strategy and execution, and also partner with business counterpart and other Oracle wide product development teams. Develop and/or contribute to the long-term strategy and vision for our 5G Core portfolio and associated solutions and products. Have great educational background, an undergraduate degree with 15+ years of demonstrable experience in a technical major is desirable. Project management experience, product design or related experience would be very helpful in this job. Be a process-oriented individual who is highly data driven, assertive and proactive Responsible for Identifying, documenting, adopting, and adhering to best practices. Good Knowledge on Incidents/Request and Change Management process. Extremely proactive in Stakeholder management, reporting and tracking requests. Drive standard root cause analysis of field defects in co-ordination with field teams tracking to influence product improvements across the portfolio of 5G products Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. To be able to guide his/her team to author and contribute to customer facing presentation, notifications and participate in driving all customer facing engagement as required from time to time. Have a telecom background and should have worked in major projects which involves delivery management towards cellular and cable operators. Have a 3g/4g/5G architecture knowledge is mandatory, deeper understanding of call flows and 3GPP standards understanding is highly desirable. Show expertise in Cloud technologies – at least one certification, and knowledge of telco specific workload containerization, data management, cloud security, performance management, orchestration would be highly desirable. Have a good understanding of Product management role and functions and should have delivered at-least 1 major implementation from ground up. Present demonstrable experience in technology management areas, people management and presentation skills. Demonstrate a business sense, with a bent for market analysis, business case development, go to market planning, and product launch expertise.
