About the Role We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team and support multiple growing consumer-facing brands. This role involves crafting high-quality visual content across a variety of formats — including social media posts, marketing flyers, internal communication assets, newsletter graphics, and occasional F&B packaging. If you have basic motion design skills, that’s a big plus. You’ll work closely with the brand and product teams to ensure every design feels on-brand, purposeful, and visually striking. What You’ll Work On Social Media Creatives: Design visually engaging posts and stories for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Marketing Collateral: Develop flyers, banners, posters, and WhatsApp creatives for ongoing campaigns and offers. In-App Communication: Create visuals for push notifications, announcement cards, and internal app messages. Product Launch Assets: Design launch visuals, product walkthroughs, feature guides, and user education creatives using Figma. Newsletters & Mailers: Create clean, easy-to-read layouts for product or brand communication. F&B Packaging (Minimal): Support clean, minimal packaging design for select products. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (bonus: After Effects). A strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Excellent time and project management — able to prioritize, deliver fast, and manage multiple design requests smoothly. Comfortable working across both digital and print formats. Self-starter with initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do. You bring ideas, suggest formats, and apply design thinking without needing hand-holding. Curious and resourceful — you actively research trends, seek fresh visual styles, and know when to ask vs. when to run with a draft. Open to feedback, collaborative in nature, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams Nice to Have Motion graphics skills (GIFs, reels, basic animation). Familiarity with packaging design or print specs (even if minimal). Interest in real estate, lifestyle, or retail/quick-commerce design trends. Why Join Us? Role: Senior Copywriter Location: Gurugram | Full-Time About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative, and experienced Senior Copywriter to join our brand team. In this role, you will craft compelling and conversion-focused copy across CRM campaigns, in-app communications, and advertising content (both performance and brand-led). Your words will directly impact user engagement, retention, and brand perception. Key Responsibilities: CRM Copy: Write persuasive and personalized messaging for emails, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp to drive user engagement and retention. App Copy: Create crisp, intuitive, and action-oriented content for in-app banners, pop-ups, feature walkthroughs, and notifications. Advertising: Conceptualize and write ad copy for digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube. Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure messaging is aligned with visuals and user experience. Maintain consistency with brand voice, yet tailor tone as needed for specific platforms and audiences. Analyze performance data (CTR, open rates, conversions) and iterate copy based on learnings. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a B2C or app-first business. Strong portfolio demonstrating work in CRM, app UX writing, and performance advertising. Ability to write both short and long-form copy with high impact. Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, user funnels, and behavioral triggers is a plus. Familiarity with topical trends and popular cultural references with a skill to inculcate them into the shared content. Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and adaptability to different tones. Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing principles. Exposure to A/B testing and data-informed content decisions.
