What You'll Do: Lead or contribute to full lifecycle SAP Service Cloud implementation projects – from requirement gathering, blueprinting, and configuration to testing, deployment, and hyper care support Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze service operations and translate requirements into scalable SAP Service Cloud and S/4HANA Private Cloud solutions Configure key service functionalities including tickets, SLAs, routing rules, workflows, notifications, and omnichannel support Design and implement integrations between SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or other middleware (PI/PO, BTP, etc.) Customize and enhance SAP Service Cloud using SDK, PDI/Scripting, Mashups, and Web Services (SOAP/REST) Execute data migration using Data Workbench and other tools; coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and support staff What You Bring: 10+ years of overall SAP experience with a minimum of 5+ years in SAP Service Cloud/C4C (Service) Strong grasp of customer service processes, including case/ticket management, SLA management, and omnichannel communication Hands-on expertise in configuring business roles, workflows, UI adaptations, and screen flows Proven experience with integrations involving SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud using SAP CPI, PI/PO, or APIs (OData, SOAP, REST) Familiarity with master data replication, transactional integration, and middleware mappings between C4C and S/4HANA Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud SDK and extensibility options SAP Certification in Service Cloud or S/4HANA (preferred) Experience with customer self-service portals, Fiori apps, or BTP-based solutions is advantageous What We Offer: Fully Remote Work – work from anywhere!
