Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer with a strong background in Node.js / MongoDB / AWS. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in backend development and a proven track record of working with ERP / CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and build scalable back-end systems using Node.js , Golang , MongoDB , and PostgreSQL Architect and maintain infrastructure across AWS , GCP , and Firebase , including database migrations, high-availability services, and real-time data pipelines Lead technical decisions around web sockets , Firebase real-time messaging , payments integrations , and Twilio Contribute to high-level architecture involving tools like Kubernetes , containerization, networking and CI/CD pipelines Collaborate with product and front-end teams (React.js, Next.js, React Native) to bring features to life Be hands-on in scaling infrastructure, improving performance, and optimizing cost across cloud services Requirements: 6+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a startup or early-stage company that scaled Proficiency in Node.js , Golang , and solid experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL Deep understanding of real-time systems , web sockets , Firebase , and event-driven architecture Experience working with Payments , Twilio , and third-party APIs Strong working knowledge of React.js , Next.js , and React Native (you won’t need to write the UI, but you should be able to collaborate with front-end teams effectively) Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure on AWS , GCP , Firebase Bonus points if you’ve helped build something from the ground up that went on to serve thousands of users What We Offer: Competitive salary with equity compensation.
