Job Posting – Travel & Visa Consultant (Remote, India) Position: Travel & Visa Consultant Location: Remote (India-based) Type: Full-time About Us: We are a growing US-based visa & travel support company helping clients (both Americans & non-Americans) with visa filings and travel advisory. We are now expanding our team in India and looking for an experienced Travel & Visa Consultant. Responsibilities: Process visa applications (US, Schengen, UK, Canada, UAE & more). Guide clients on documents, interviews, and appointments. Communicate with US-based clients via email, calls, WhatsApp, Zoom. Maintain accurate records in CRM & ensure timely follow-up. Provide travel advisory support (flights, insurance, itineraries) when needed. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in visa/travel consulting.( preffered ) Good knowledge of US visas & international travel requirements. Strong English communication skills (spoken & written). Attention to detail & ability to handle multiple cases. Comfortable working with MS Office/Google Workspace/CRM. Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 – ₹55,000/month (depending on experience). Incentives/commissions on successful visa filings. Work-from-home flexibility. Growth into senior/lead roles as we scale.
