The MEP Engineer will be responsible for daily tasks such as MEP coordination, overseeing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring building services are optimized. The MEP Engineer will work closely with project teams to design, implement, and maintain these essential systems. Senior Interior Site Engineer – Turnkey Projects Job Summary The Senior Interior Site Engineer will oversee on-site execution of interior turnkey projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and safety compliance. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project managers, while supervising all civil, MEP, and interior works to deliver a seamless project handover. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Supervision Manage day-to-day execution of interior works (partitions, flooring, ceilings, joinery, furniture, etc.). Supervise civil and finishing works, along with integration of MEP, HVAC, and fire-fighting services. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. 2. Project Coordination Coordinate with project managers, architects, and consultants to resolve site issues. Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for smooth work sequencing.
