We are looking for a Technology Integration Lead to spearhead the identification, implementation, and optimisation of software solutions across the organisation. The role involves evaluating operational and business needs, participate in build-vs-buy decisions, customising solutions to optimize and align with in-house processes, and ensuring smooth integration with our organisation. Key Responsibilities Assess business needs and identify suitable software solutions across different verticals including Biostudies and Pharmacovigilance. Decide between in-house development or third-party procurement based on scalability, and business impact in collaboration with other teams such as BPC. Work closely with the vendor to Customise and optimise software for seamless integration with existing processes at NCS. Facilitate end user training and provide ongoing troubleshooting support by collaborating between the vendor and the user unit. Ensure smooth implementation while aligning with regulatory compliance and operational goals. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend process improvements. Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance and Biostudy operations, software integration, and optimisation. Clear thinking, Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Proven capability to work with cross-functional teams and drive change. Strong communication, training skills and project management skills. Familiarity with compliance, data security, and regulatory frameworks (life sciences/CRO domain experience preferred). Qualifications & Experience Masters in Pharmacy or higher. 4+ years of experience in domain area, systems integration, or technology project management. Experience in the clinical research, CRO, or pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable. Exposure to digital transformation and process automation is an advantage.
