Wrong payment due of 98rs reported by this company on my credit report. Not sure who took that loan under my name. They are not even responding to the emails. Will give online cyber complaint if it doesn't get resolved

My salary date is 10 but they fixed my repayment date is 5 . how can I pay 5 th every month .if two days late mean they put penalty each month 500 rupees. I requested to northern arc capital limited repayment date change.they did not response
