To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems, strong hands-on experience with STM32, ESP32, and Nordic MCUs, proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems, and familiarity with RTOS such as FreeRTOS and Zephyr. Experience with wireless communication protocols, Arduino framework, ESP-IDF, Nordic SDKs, peripheral interfaces, OTA firmware updates, debugging tools, low-power design techniques, and security protocols for embedded IoT devices will be highly valued.
