Key Responsibilities Define and drive sales strategy for enterprise, SMB, CSR, and NGO sectors Own annual revenue targets ( 10 15 Cr+), managing strategic accounts (1,000 10,000+ units) Lead partnerships with CSR-funded programs, nonprofits, and skilling institutions Build and manage a high-performing team (Sales, Pre-sales, Lead Gen, Interns) Develop channel partnerships and unlock CSR budgets Drive consultative selling, impact-driven storytelling, and structured deal closures Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and product teams Represent the organization in industry forums, CSR consortiums, and CXO-level discussions Requirements 10- 15 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware or tech Proven track record of 10 100 Cr+ in B2B sales Deep knowledge of institutional buying cycles and CSR/NGO ecosystems Strong team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in CRM, analytics, and funnel management
