About the Role: You will be responsible for achieving Bhumis financial goals by acquiring and onboarding new corporate partners, nurturing strong relationships, and ensuring program funding. Your role will involve collaborating with corporate partners to enhance satisfaction with Bhumis program delivery and employee engagement, promoting retention and loyalty. The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in sales or fundraising, strong communication skills, and a commitment to non-profit impact. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading fundraising efforts from Corporates, ensuring a balance of multi-year and one-year projects. - Taking ownership of partner retention, engagement, reporting, employee volunteering, and satisfaction. - Collaborating with program teams within the organization to identify funding gaps and leverage relationships and opportunities to secure funding. - Cultivating a High-Performance team Culture that is rooted in people, processes & systems. - Managing Compliance & Reporting, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and overseeing accurate, timely reporting of all fundraising activities. Education Qualification / Experience: - At least 3 years of experience in sales, fundraising, Wealth Management, or customer service. - Any experience in Non-Profit, Banking, Sales, or Corporate Fundraising would be advantageous. - Any graduate degree, with an MBA in relevant disciplines preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Reasonable understanding of the non-profit sector, fundraising, and donor relationship management. - Knowledge in Investment Banking, Sales, and Banking. - Tech-savvy with exceptional communication and influencing skills in English. - Very strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including donors, staff, and volunteers. - Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to be extremely effective independently. - Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions. - Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM software like Salesforce and Project Management tools like Asana. Other Information: - Reporting to: Senior Manager - Fundraising. - Scope: Full-time. - Designation: Lead to Assistant Manager based on candidate's profile. - Remuneration: Up to Rs.10 lakhs p.a. including performance incentives based on the candidate's profile. - Expected Joining Date: Immediate.,
