The role of a US IT Recruiter at VIVA IT India is a full-time on-site position focusing on managing staffing services, IT recruitment, customer service, and hiring processes in the IT, Engineering, and other professional fields. As a Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing resumes from various channels, engaging with potential candidates through phone screening, and presenting qualified candidates to the end client for consideration. To excel in this role, you should possess a university/college degree with 2-5 years of industry experience, particularly in US Staffing Delivery. You should have exposure to a wide range of IT & Non-IT technologies, domains, and functional areas. Experience in identifying, qualifying, evaluating, and negotiating with candidates is essential, along with prior work in VMS/MSP model recruitment and familiarity with multiple VMS and navigation techniques. Strong planning and facilitation skills are crucial for managing the candidate process effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for presentations and negotiations.
