You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US. This includes sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various Non-IT positions across industries such as Manufacturing, Accounting & Finance, Retail, Automobile, and Construction. Your role will involve collaborating with Business Development Managers to comprehend staffing requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies. Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels to attract top talent to meet organizational needs. Your tasks will include conducting initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural compatibility. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews, as well as facilitating communication and feedback between candidates and Business Development Managers throughout the recruitment process. Maintaining accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and Google Docs will be a key part of your responsibilities. Building and sustaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring requirements will be crucial. It is essential to remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance the recruitment process continuously. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
