As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for assisting clients in evaluating their risks for Non-EB proposals and recommending appropriate insurance coverage. You will engage in negotiating and defining the specific terms of insurance policies and RFPs with insurers to ensure the best terms and rates for clients or policyholders. Additionally, you will analyze insurance proposals, prepare RFPs based on client needs, and collaborate with surveyors and loss adjusters for risk assessment and loss prevention. Your role will involve ensuring optimal services are provided to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospects, and insurers. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred, with a focus on marketing, insurance, or finance. An MBA or Master's degree would be advantageous. You should have at least 6 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in underwriting and business procurement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required, along with strong technical knowledge of Non-EB products such as Property, Liability, Fire, Projects & Engineering. Excellent communication skills in English and your native language, as well as strong negotiation abilities, are essential.
