1. Senior Clerk – 1 Post

Responsibilities:

· Maintain all school records & registers

· Handle staff attendance, salary registers, and documentation

· Manage government correspondence and reports

· Coordinate with education department for MEPS-related documentation

· Assist H.M. & Supervisor in administrative tasks

Qualification:

· Graduate (preferred)

· Knowledge of MS Office

· Experience in school administration preferred

· Understanding of government/MEPS documentation

2. Junior Clerk – 2 Posts

Responsibilities:

· Preparing and maintaining files

· Student record management

· Basic data entry work

· Handling admission forms & fee receipts

· Assisting Senior Clerk in daily tasks

· Supporting teachers & office staff

Qualification:

· HSC / Graduate

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

· Good communication and typing skills

3. Peon – 4 Posts

Responsibilities:

· Classroom and staff room cleaning

· Helping teachers with classroom setup

· File movement and office errands

· Managing school bell & circulation duties

· Supporting office, staff & students

· Maintaining cleanliness of school premises

Qualification:

· Minimum SSC (preferred)

· Should be punctual, disciplined, and hardworking

General Requirements

· Must be comfortable with school timing (7 AM to 1 PM)

· Good behavior & discipline

· Ability to follow instructions

· Willingness to support school operations
