Non functional Tester

You should have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in conducting Performance testing of applications. Your experience should include using automation and monitoring tools for Performance testing. It is important that you have a working knowledge of Automated Test and Test Management Tools such as HP ALM. Specifically, you should have at least 3 years of experience working with HP Load Runner/Performance Center and conducting Performance testing on JEE and SAP BOXI applications. Additionally, you should be experienced in scripting and testing using Silk Performer and JMeter. Your critical skills should include the ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. You should be able to create reusable performance test scripts and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, should be excellent, along with strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and be self-motivated. Experience with Load Runner 12.0, Silk Performer 15.0, JMeter, and Gatling 2.0 is preferred. You should have experience in conducting system performance testing to ensure system stability, capacity, scalability, and reliability. You should be able to gather and document non-functional requirements, develop performance test scripts, and execute various performance tests as required. Monitoring the UAT with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics, analyzing performance test results, and identifying problem areas are also part of the role. Strong scripting knowledge in performance test tools such as JMeter and Blazemeter is necessary. You should be familiar with current technology trends and application development best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools is required. Excellent communication skills are essential for working with different teams and presenting results to stakeholders.,
