Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Review and assess
non-conformances
raised during manufacturing or assembly of gas turbine components.
Provide engineering justifications and technical dispositions through
Concession and MRB processes
.
Interpret and work with
engineering drawings
with in-depth understanding of
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, design, and manufacturing to resolve component issues.
Refer to and utilize
engine manuals
and supporting documentation for effective troubleshooting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with design intent, product integrity, and airworthiness standards.
Document and communicate technical decisions effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong
experience with Gas Turbine engines
and their components.
Proven exposure to
Concessions
,
Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
, and
Material Review Board (MRB)
activities.
Hands-on expertise with
Engineering Drawings
and
GD&T
interpretation.
Working knowledge or familiarity with
Engine Manuals
, repair standards, and part catalogs.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a high-precision, fast-paced engineering environment.
