Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with a strong background in Node.js, JavaScript, NestJS , and MongoDB.
The ideal candidate should be a self-learner, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for building scalable and efficient backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Node. js , JavaScript, and NestJS .
Develop and optimize MongoDB queries and schemas for high-performance applications.
Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Write unit tests using Jest/Mocha & Chai to ensure code quality and reliability.
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
Debug and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Node.js, JavaScript, NestJS , and MongoDB.
Experience with API Gateway for managing and routing API requests.
Knowledge of Microservice Architecture and best practices for distributed systems.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker,
Kubernetes) is a plus.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A self-learner with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with GraphQL , gRPC , Redis, RabbitMQ, BullMQ or Kafka
