Hi All, Might be interested in new opportunity #Lead - Node.js developer, Immediate to 15 days Joiners Location: 6+yrs, Chennai - DLF Porur Key Responsibilities: Lead backend development using Node.js, Express.js (or similar frameworks). Architect scalable and secure APIs and microservices. Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver reliable solutions. Review code, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members. Enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation. Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability. Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Ensure smooth CI/CD integration and deployment pipelines. Required Skills and Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and RESTful APIs. Experience with databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar. Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and API gateways is a plus. Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of performance tuning and profiling tools. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
