Node.js Developer

You are urgently seeking a passionate and skilled Backend Developer with a strong command over Node.js to join the dynamic team at Policy Ghar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of PHP and backend architecture and API development. As a Backend Developer, your key responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and enhancing backend services using Node.js. You will be tasked with building and managing RESTful APIs and microservices, working closely with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements. Additionally, you will be expected to write reusable, testable, and efficient code, optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, troubleshoot and debug applications, maintain code integrity and organization, as well as implement security and data protection protocols. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+), along with experience in Express.js or similar frameworks. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL is essential, as well as familiarity with version control tools like Git. An understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks, experience with API development and integration, and basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) are also highly valued. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail will contribute to your success in this position. Nice to have skills include knowledge of DevOps or cloud platforms like AWS, familiarity with Docker or containerization tools, and experience with Agile methodologies.
