Node.js Backend Developer

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop backend services using Node.js and MongoDB
• Build scalable microservices architecture to support gaming functionalities
• Work on real-time game features using Socket.io and WebSockets
• Develop and integrate slot-based and sportsbook gaming platforms to ensure seamless gameplay experiences
• Implement third-party gaming integrations for real-time operations
• Integrate multiple payment gateways (e.g., PayPal) to support global transactions
• Manage and optimize transaction APIs for higher reliability and faster processing
• Optimize backend performance and streamline API processes for efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Design, DevOps) to deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure scalability, security, and responsiveness of backend systems
• Conduct code reviews and write clean, testable code
  

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Backend Development (Node.js + MongoDB)
• Experience in the

  Gaming industry (Real Money Games,slot-based, sportsbook, or related platforms)

  is mandatory
• Strong understanding of logic, math-based algorithms, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with real-time systems (Socket.io/WebSockets)
• Familiarity with 3rd party API integration, caching, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
