Node.js backend developer

The IT company, Lexmetech Systems Pvt. Ltd, is currently looking for a skilled NODE JS Developer to join their dynamic team. As a NODE JS Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable backend applications using Node.js. You will also be involved in designing and building RESTful / GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications, managing and optimizing databases, implementing authentication and security best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js. - Design and build RESTful / GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications. - Manage and optimize databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc. - Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. - Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability. - Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams. - Write unit and integration tests for robust application development. - Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc. Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Node.js Developer. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js. - Experience with backend frameworks like Express.js. - Knowledge of databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL). - Understanding of RESTful API design and integration. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to write clean, scalable, and efficient code. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Knowledge of API design, microservices, and server-side architecture. - Familiarity with security practices (JWT, OAuth, encryption).
