We are expanding our engineering team and seeking a skilled Node.js + Angular Developer who is passionate about full-stack development and leading small engineering teams. Role Overview: As a Node + Angular Developer , you will work on building and maintaining high-performance web applications. You should have strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Angular (preferably version 8+), and modern backend/frontend technologies. Leadership experience in managing 2-3 developers is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using Node.js and Angular Lead a small team of engineers and ensure delivery of high-quality code Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with attention to performance and scalability Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA to build intuitive and user-centric features Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to improving development standards Technical Requirements: Minimum 5 years of overall experience in web development At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Node.js Strong proficiency in Angular 8+ and JavaScript (or its modern variants like TypeScript) Experience with databases like MySQL , PostgreSQL , and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies Experience leading and mentoring small engineering teams (2-3 developers) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker) Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Effective communication and team collaboration abilities Why Join Hubnex Labs?
