Node.js and React Developer

As a Node.js & React Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions to support our digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality software solutions are delivered. You will need hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js/Express.js and frontend development using React.js/Next.js. Your focus will be on clean coding, performance optimization, and secure application development. Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js. - Build and optimize user-facing applications using React.js and related libraries. - Integrate backend services with modern frontend frameworks for seamless user experiences. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices. - Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack (frontend, backend, APIs, database). - Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization. - Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline deployments. - Document technical designs, workflows, and system architecture. - Stay updated with the latest JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: B. Tech / BCA / MCA Experience: 45 years of proven experience in full-stack development using Node.js and React.js. Required Skills - Strong in Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs. - Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) and schema design. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets. - Familiarity with IoT integrations, MQTT protocols, or shopfloor data capture (preferred). - Hands-on with (Git/GitHub/GitLab), CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. - Understanding of security & role-based access control. - Clear documentation & version control discipline.
