Node JS Dev

As a Senior Mobile Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable and robust mobile applications, you will play a critical role in architecting and developing full-stack mobile solutions in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your expertise in mobile development (iOS and/or Android) along with backend integration using Node.js, RESTful APIs, Docker, and AWS cloud services will be highly valuable. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for interpreting the application/feature/component design, developing the same in accordance with specifications, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product/component/feature development stages. Your role will involve selecting appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality, and influencing and improving customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be setting FAST goals for yourself and the team and providing feedback on team members" FAST goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Code as per design and follow coding standards - Review code for the team and peers - Create/review templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development - Define and govern configuration management plan and ensure compliance from the team - Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution - Advise Software Developers on design and development, understand the customer domain, and complete relevant domain certifications - Manage delivery of modules, defects, estimates, knowledge, releases, team, and interface with customers - Take relevant domain/technology certification - Various skill examples like explaining and communicating design/development, breaking down complex problems, estimating time and effort, managing a team, maintaining high motivation levels, and more - Knowledge examples including appropriate software programs/modules, programming languages, DBMS, Agile/Scrum/Kanban methods, and more **Qualifications Required:** - Strong expertise in mobile development (iOS and/or Android) - Backend integration using Node.js, RESTful APIs, Docker, and AWS cloud services - Hands-on experience in building and maintaining backend services - Strong ability to consume and design REST APIs for mobile apps - Practical knowledge in containerization and managing environments for development and deployment - Experience using AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway) to support mobile applications - Preferred qualifications include experience with React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter, familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, knowledge of GraphQL, strong debugging and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities Please note that this role is with UST, a global digital transformation solutions provider with a deep domain expertise and a future-proof philosophy.
