You should have excellent communication and teamwork skills with at least 5 years of hands-on core Node development experience. In addition, you should have 5+ years of experience using SQL and relational databases such as Aurora, MySQL, or Postgres database. Experience in cloud-based development using AWS or Azure is required. You should have a strong background in designing and building RESTful APIs, as well as experience in building large, multi-tenant web-based and/or client-server applications. Expert knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms is essential for this role. Experience with role and rule-based security and authentication tools such as Okta, LDAP, single sign-on, etc. is preferred. Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and best practices is required. Experience with Ruby is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, and an advanced degree is a plus.
