Key Responsibilities: - System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain systems for optimal performance, including code deployments, updates, patches, and backups. - Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve system issues promptly, providing technical support to teams and stakeholders. - Automation and Optimization: Automate system processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Implement optimizations for improved performance and cost reduction. - Security and Compliance: Ensure systems adhere to security policies and regulatory requirements. Implement security measures to safeguard systems and data. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 6 years of Cloud Experience and Critical Incident Management role. - Experience in sending Critical Communications to internal stakeholders. - Knowledge of Messaging Systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, and RHL Administration. - Proficiency in Linux administration with troubleshooting abilities. - Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution provision. - Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and in 3 different shifts on a monthly rotational basis. - Understanding/Writing PL/SQL objects like stored procedures and triggers. - Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, Oracle Cloud) with a certification in Cloud technologies as a plus. - Knowledge of Manhattan's Supply Chain solutions, such as Warehouse Management, Integration Framework, etc., is advantageous. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and self-improvement.
