1. Developing & Planning strategy for sales/Collection, Promotion & PD thereby implementing the same to his Area. 2. Ensuring legal compliance and supervising issues related to QC and legal matters.3. Participate in the Recruitment process of TSOs for the area, training & development. Developing & Planning strategy for sales/Collection, Promotion & PD: Implementing Area sales Budget Promotional Plan & PD activities. Doing Sales, Collection, Promotional & PD activities along with TSOs. Selecting & proper launching of new products. Maintaining Customer relation by visiting to the outlet Guide TSOs to fulfil their task through motivation, setting targets and taking reports. Visiting Field & farmers to be in touch with grass root levels. Ensuring performance of the TSOs and reporting to PCL. Discussing ideas (schemes), reports & performances with PCL and implementing the Assigned area action plan. Scheme & policy implementation of the company in his area. Monthly Planning with distributors on product sales. New distributor selection and appointment processing as per company policy. Market information collection and reporting. Ensuring legal compliance and supervising issues related to QC and legal matters. Legal compliance maintained in the Area with respect to Noble Seeds marketing. Attending QC issues with TSO and reporting to PCL. Coordinating with the Govt department and company for seed licensing and getting the same for the company. Participate in the Recruitment process Primary search & Selection of prospective candidates. Organizing an interview with PCL & HO. On field training & development of new employees post selection.
