The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate sales, a passion for closing deals, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales targets. --- Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective buyers through calls, site visits, and presentations. Explain project features, layouts, pricing, and payment plans to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-ups and promotional activities. Keep updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. --- Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident personality with ability to handle client queries independently. Self-motivated and target-driven. Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools is an added advantage. Freshers are not eligible for this role. --- What We Offer Fixed salary in the range of ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month.
